The NTL Senior All-Stars for District IV volleyball took on a final “fun-filled” competitive match as the West battled with the East on Monday night, at Towanda.
The West secured a first set win of 25-20 before the East squad secured the 3-1 victory with set scores of 25-23, 25-20 and 25-17.
Leading the NTL West in her final high school volleyball match included Wellsboro’s Rachel Patt with seven points, seven digs, two assists and two kills, while Mansfield’s Tanya DeWalt added in with an assist, 12 kills and four blocks. Senior Taryn Rumsey, also of Mansfield, contributed with eight points, 14 digs, seven kills and three blocks.
Mansfield’s Kim Guthrie added in to the tally with eight points, 15 digs, while Wellsboro’s Karli Spencer contributed with six points, five digs and 15 setter assists.
