By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2019-24. Civil Division 2018-497, issued out of the court of Common Pleas of Potter County, to me directed, I shall expose to Public Venue on the 6th of February 2020 A D at 11:00 am, all the defendants interest in the following described property to wit:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Shinglehouse, County of Potter and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as 1114 East Honeoye Street, Shinglehouse, PA 16748, bounded and limited as follows:
BEGINNING in the center of East Honeoye Street as the northwest corner of lands formerly of Henry Terwilliger, being the northeast corner of parcel of land herein described;
THENCE South 70 degrees West, along the center of said street, 9 ½ rods to a post, being the northwest corner of the parcel of land herein described;
THENCE South 20 degrees East, departing said street, 12 rods to a post, being the southwest corner of the parcel of land herein described;
THENCE North 70 degrees East about 5 ½ rods to the west line of said Terwilliger lands, being the southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described;
THENCE North, along said Terwilliger line, to the place of beginning.
CONTAINING about 90 square rods of land, more or less.
BEING known as 1114 East Honeoye Street, Shinglehouse, PA 16748
BEING the same premises which Cari A. Graham, joined by her husband Kurtis Babcock, husband and wife by Deed dated July 5, 2013 and recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Potter County on July 11, 2013 at Instrument No. 201302013 granted and conveyed unto Jonathan J. Wetzler, a single man.

A Sheriff’s schedule of distribution will be filed in my office on 2/17/20, and distribution of the sale’s proceeds will be made in accordance with this schedule unless exceptions are filed within ten days hereafter.
Notice is hereby given that all claims to the above property must be filed with the Sheriff before the sale and all claims to the proceeds from the sale before distribution 2/26/20.
