Details for SHERIFF’S SALE WIGHT
By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2019-18. Civil Division 2019-107, issued out of the court of Common Pleas of Potter County, to me directed, I shall expose to Public Venue on the 3rd of October 2019 A D at 11:00 am, all the defendants interest in the following described property to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the Township of Genesee, County of Potter and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, described as follows:
SAID TRACT of land known as Lot Nos. One, two and three of the plot of lots made by W. G. Kellogg for the Genesee Sand Lime Brick Co. in July 1905, also the lot East of No. One in said plot described together. BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot No. One, thence along the highway North forty-four (44) East, one hundred thirty seven feet to the n/f Pierce lands; thence West along the line of said n/f Pierce lands two hundred twenty eight and one-half feet to a post, the Northeast corner of n/f N.M. Sherwood lot in said plot of land, being Lot No. Four; thence one hundred feet to street; thence East to the place of beginning. BEING Lot Nos. 1, 2 and 3 aforesaid.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES Which Wanita Ann Barnes, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Onalee W. Easton, by Deed dated February 5, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Potter County on February 5, 1998 in Deed Book Volume 267, Page 227, granted and conveyed unto Wanda Ann Barnes and Michael A. Wight, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship.
A Sheriff’s schedule of distribution will be filed in my office on 10/14/19, and distribution of the sale’s proceeds will be made in accordance with this schedule unless exceptions are filed within ten days hereafter.
Notice is hereby given that all claims to the above property must be filed with the Sheriff before the sale and all claims to the proceeds from the sale before distribution 10/24/19.
