Well, now that hunting season is mostly over with and the Christmas presents have all been opened, are you thinking about what your game plan is come January?

If you haven’t thought about it yet, now is the time to do so as Pennsylvania is home to weeks and weeks of outdoor shows, especially the Great American Outdoor Show which is the largest outdoor show in the world.

The show, sponsored by the NRA, features a variety of vendors selling everything from tents to trail cameras, as well as crossbows, firearms, kayaks and more! Plus, show attendees can view demos, book hunting trips and chat with representatives from many outdoor destinations.

The aim is to create an environment where vendors have the opportunity to sell and visitors have the opportunity to see a wide variety of high-quality products. It is intended to connect campers, hunters and fisherman with organizations that can provide them with goods and services related to these activities.

Each show carries its own flair with different organizations, experts and attending vendors. Most run for a single weekend or a long weekend, and are spread across the state giving everyone a chance to attend.

Here’s a list of the most popular Pennsylvania outdoor show schedule for 2020;

  • Jan. 23-26 – Early Bird Sports Expo, Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, Bloomsburg.
