On Thursday, Aug. 22, at 10 a.m., at Ole Bull State Park, there will be a program on “Ole Bull’s Colony.” His personal background and hardships will be discussed among other topics. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at Pavilion #4 (Stone Pavilion).
On Friday, Aug. 23, at 3:30 p.m., join the park naturalist at Ole Bull State Park for a program on “Frogs of Pennsylvania.” Topics will also include their diet, adaptations, and life cycles. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at Pavilion #4 (Stone Pavilion).
On Friday, Aug. 23, at 8 p.m., at Ole Bull State Park, guest speaker Dave Castano, Potter County Historical Society president and Potter County historian, will go back in time and talking about the history of “Ole Bull’s Secret Railroad” that ran in Potter County, near Ole Bull State Park. Meet at the amphitheater.
