A piece of Wellsboro is going across the auction block next Saturday, Sept. 29.
Sometime around noon, auctioneer Steve Mead will open the bidding for the soda fountain that was once housed at the Bower’s Drug Store in Wellsboro. The sale will take place at Mead’s Auction Service on State Route 287 north of Wellsboro in Delmar Township.
