Tyler Scott Starks Coolidge, 21, of Middlebury Center was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with simple assault and harassment. Coolidge allegedly punched the victim in the face and head in Westfield Township on June 8. Bail was set at $5,000 and Coolidge was remanded to Tioga County Prison.
Chad Hartman, 42, of Blossburg was charged by police with access device, receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Hartman allegedly used the victim’s debit card at an automatic teller machine in Lawrenceville Dec. 5, 2018. The charges totaled $183.50. Hartman was sent to the Tioga County Prison where bail is set at $10,000.
Timothy Herman Kozak, 45, of Eastpoint, Ga., was charged by state police with careless driving, violations of driving on roadway laned for traffic, failure to provide financial responsibility, failure to be licensed, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, providing false identification, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false identification. Kozak allegedly was observed crossing both the yellow and white lines and had an inoperable tail light. Kozak was allegedly found to be in possession of a knife, scales, baggie with white substance and a clear smoking device.
Trae Walker Payne, 21, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence high rate of alcohol .08-.10, failure to drive at safe speed and careless driving. Walker was involved in a single vehicle crash on South Main Street in Tioga Borough Feb. 23. Preliminary alcohol tests read .091%.
Seth Owen Reese, 29, of Tioga was charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and or metabolite and careless driving. Reese was allegedly found to be in possession of used needles, two sets of scales and spoons related to drug use during the May 17 incident in Tioga Borough.
Heather Lynn Schoup, age unavailable, of Woodhull, N.Y., was charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol 10-.16., disregard for traffic lanes, failure to drive at safe speed, and reckless driving. Schoup was involved in a single vehicle crash in Deerfield Township March 8. Preliminary alcohol tests read .30%.
