The following individuals faced court action before District Judge James Edgcomb.
Nichole L. Church, 36, of Knoxville was charged by Pennsylvania State Police for possession of suspected methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. Charge were filed after police were called to respond to a disturbance.
Jesse W. Colegrove, 31, of Tioga was charged by Tioga Township Police with flight to avoid apprehension, trial, or punishment. Colegrove was also charged with false identification to law enforcement authorities and criminal trespass. Colegrove allegedly attempted to hide his identity, offered false information and was at a location he had received notice against trespass.
Timothy James Kizis, 28, of Corning, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, violation of requirements of registration and certificate of Title, careless driving and failure to have required financial responsibility. Preliminary alcohol tests read .087 percent.
Alissa Renee McDonald, 26, of Lawrenceville was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, violation of drivers required to be licensed, violations of driving on roadways laned for traffic, and careless driving. Charges were filed after police came upon a motor vehicle crash on State Route 49 in Lawrence Township. Preliminary alcohol tests read .164 percent.
