The following individuals faced court action before Judge James Edgcomb.
Alton Harold Davis, 35, of Huntersville, N.C., was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, possession of marijuana, violation of turning movements and required signals, violation of speed limit and careless driving. Police stopped Davis for speeding in Lawrence Township March 21.
Zachary McStay, 25, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged by Tioga Borough Police with theft by unlawful taking. McStay allegedly removed $1,524.68, from the victim without permission.
Abagail Lee McCollum, 19, of Elkland was charged by Tioga Borough Police with driving under the influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children, driving without a license, operating a vehicle with a suspended and expired registration. Police stopped McCollum Jan. 31 in Tioga.
Maxwell Herrington, 19, of Elkland was charged by Tioga Borough Police with possession of drug paraphernalia. Herrington was charged following a traffic stop in Tioga Borough Jan. 31. He was a passenger and possessed three marijuana roaches.
Justus Michael Elliott, 24, of Portville, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, violations of driving on roadway laned for traffic, and depositing waste and other material on highway, property or water. Elliott was stopped by police for crossing the center and fog lines.
