The following individuals faced court action before District Judge James Edgcomb.
Heidi Ann Weiss, 43, of Wellsboro, was charged by police with nine counts each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Weiss, while working as a manager at the Dandy Mini Mart in Lawrenceville, allegedly made false refunds totaling $34,898 between December 2018 and August 2019. Weiss was released with a monetary condition of her release set at $30,000.
Bronwynne Tracy Kotulka, 49, of Blossburg, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with defiant trespass and harassment. On Jan. 30, Kotulka allegedly refused to leave a location after being told to leave. She allegedly shoved one victim and grabbed another during the domestic dispute.
Celeste Ann Raven, 30, of Elmira, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of a small amount of marijuana. The charges were filed after a traffic stop on State Route 287 in Tioga Township in which Raven was a passenger in the vehicle.
