The following individuals are scheduled to appear or have appeared before district judge James Edgcomb.
David P. Marble, 33, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize victim, simple assault and harassment. Marble allegedly threatened to burn down a house with people inside. Further he struck a female in the head multiple times with a closed fist on Aug. 25.
Weston Clifford Root, 35, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Root allegedly took a bicycle and a phone, valued at $200, belonging to the victim.
Andrew Finch Bacon, 82, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with five counts each of simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize victim, recklessly endangering another, and harassment after an incident involving a rifle. Bacon allegedly threatened to shoot a radio-controlled car putting others, including a police officer, in danger.
