The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.

Christine Jennice Dologan, 31, of Corning, N.Y., was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable driving safely, failure to have a driver’s license and driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, careless driving, and violations of driving on roadways on roadways laned for traffic. Other violations included restrictions on alcoholic beverages and violation of general lighting requirements. Dologan was stopped by police when it was observed that the vehicle crossed the white fog line and the third brake light was not operational.

Raheem Jamal Daniel, 21, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to use low beams when approaching another vehicle and careless driving. The incident occurred on State Route 287 in Tioga Township. Preliminary alcohol tests read .071 percent.

Chance Lee Gilbert, 23, of Osceola was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of drug paraphernalia. During the investigation Gilbert was found to be in possession of glass smoking devices, a wooden smoking device, two torches, scale and several red baggies commonly used to store drugs.

Ryan Blackmon Bitler, 30 of Millerton was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of drug paraphernalia including a glass water smoking device, a multicolored glass pipe, a green metal grinder, two hypodermic needles and two digital scales. The charges were filed after a medical call for a nonresponsive individual at which time the items were found.
