The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.

David Austin Halstead, 51, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with harassment, criminal mischief and simple assault after an incident June 6 in Westfield Township. Halstead allegedly struck a female victim with a chair and caused damage to a door, grill, chair and there holes made in the walls inside the structure.

Michael Blare Stinger, 23, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid fishing license, possession of a controlled substance and littering. Stinger was observed allegedly crushing and inhaling pills after which he dropped a cigarette wrapper.

Savannah Elizabeth Packard, 20, of Northampton was charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with misuse of property and waterways. Packard allegedly parked a vehicle as to obstruct the property without the owner’s permission. Packard was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Emily Elizabeth Chervanka, 20, of Carbondale was charged by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance. The charges were filed after the March 13 incident in Tioga Township.

Amina Mona Arnetha Alexander, 24, of Philadelphia was charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with possession of a controlled substance. The charges were filed after an incident March 13 in Tioga Township.
