Kerstyn Marie Buck, 23, of Tioga, was charged by Tioga Borough police with simple assault, harassment and recklessly endangering another person. Buck allegedly struck the male victim with a chair, her fist and a broom in Tioga Township March 13.

Ricky Steven Cook, 58, of Elkland, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, violation of classes of license, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failure to have required financial responsibility, and careless driving. Cook allegedly was involved in a motor vehicle accident June 28, 2019 on the Barney Hill Road in Nelson Township. Cook was operating a moped and admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day of the crash. Cook was injured and flown for medical attention.

Bishop Emanuel DoBell, 21, of Mansfield, was charged by Tioga borough police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without an operator’s license, and failure to have a working muffler equipped to the vehicle. DoBell was stopped as the vehicle had no visible exhaust system.

Alex Dakota Smith, 28, of Addison, N.Y., was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance driving under the influence of high level of alcohol .10% but less than 16%, violation of driving on roadways laned for traffic, failure to meet general lighting requirements and careless driving. Smith allegedly was operating a vehicle in Lawrence Township with a headlight out, the vehicle was weaving in the lane. Preliminary alcohol tests read .105 percent.

Michael B. Stinger, 23, of Tioga, was charged by Lawrence Township police with disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief. Stinger allegedly damaged a kitchen window and a microwave after being told to leave a Nelson Township residence on April 8, causing an estimated $257 in damages.

Joshua Leroy Surine, 39, of Middlebury was charged by Lawrence Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, violation of stop or yield signs, driving while suspended or revoked, failure to be licensed, failure to have registration or certificate of title, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility,

Jeremiah Gage White, 18, of Millerton, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, violation of driving on the right side of roadway, and failure to driving vehicle at safe speed. White allegedly was involved in a single vehicle crash in Jackson Township. Preliminary alcohol tests read .22%.
