Sassianna Jo Cary, 24, of Woodhull, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with criminal mischief. Cary allegedly damaged two vehicle, a Chevy Malibu and a Ford pickup, using a ball bat to break glass on both vehicles. Total damage reached $3,371.42.
Robert Edward Keys, 69, of Tioga was charged by Tioga Borough Police with theft by unlawful taking and taking control of property without trying to find an owner. Keys allegedly removed a dog leash from a tree on Main Street in the borough without permission. The leash is valued at $6.36.
Nakayla Ann Lampman, 27, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol 10-.16.,failure to keep right, disregard for traffic lanes, and careless driving after an incident on State Route 287 north of Bear Creek. Police report seeing Lampman crossing the fog line five times in 40 seconds. Preliminary alcohol tests read .213%.
Shaun Michael McKinley, 31, of Canton was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol 10-.16 careless driving, no rear lights, and operation of a motor vehicle without official registration. Police allegedly observed that the third brake light on McKinley’s vehicle was inoperable as it was stopped on State Route 287. Preliminary alcohol tests read .173%.
