Assault

Gilbert Alfred James Mathews, 26, of Knoxville was charged by state police with criminal mischief, harassment and simple assault. Mathews allegedly pushed and hit two victims. Mathews also allegedly caused damage to a door at the residence on North East Street Nov. 19. Mathews was taken to the Tioga County Prison with bail set at $2,500.

DUI

Brandon Lee Fuller, 30, of Elkland was charged by state police with driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked, endangering the welfare of others, careless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance. On July 28, Fuller was traveling in Westfield Township while allegedly under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance.

David Allen Six, 34, of Lawrenceville was charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol .16, and disregard for traffic lanes. Six was traveling in Lawrence Township where he was allegedly observed crossing the center line three times prior to the stop. Preliminary alcohol tests read .197 percent.

Tyler Brian Cline, 22, of Westfield was charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence high rate of alcohol .08-.10, failure to drive at safe speed, careless driving, and failure to use safety belt. Charges were filed after police were notified of a motor vehicle accident Aug. 18 on Azelta Road in Clymer Township. Preliminary alcohol tests read .153 percent.

Endangering the welfare of children

Richard James Beatty, 26, of Millerton was charged by state police with endangering the welfare of children and invasion of privacy. Beatty allegedly took pictures of a minor while she slept. He allegedly also photographed her private areas.
