The following individuals were sentenced in the Court of Common Pleas.
Virgil Matthew Miles, 29, of Eveans, W.Va., was sentenced to Tioga County Prison for 72 hours to six months, release after the minimum, 12 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, first offense June 21, 2019.
Mitchell Kenneth Hillyard, 32, of Elmira, N.Y., was sentenced to 12 months probation, $50 fine and completion of the MAAP program for simple assault May 2, 2019.
Sterling Dennis Robbins, 61, of Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to six months restrictive probation, five days electronic monitoring, $300 fine, 12 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock for DUI, second offense, July 13, 2019.
Tracy M. Sharp, 51, of Anderson, Ind. was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for procuring or attempting to procure any drug by fraud or deception April 15, 2019.
Brayden Lee Blanco, 18, of Dover was sentenced to 12 months Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct/engaging in fighting, disorderly conduct/hazardous or physical offense and public drunkenness on Feb. 2 at Mansfield University.
Terron Cooper-Cesar, 22, of Waverly, N.Y. was sentenced to nine months ARD for possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 26, 2019 at Mansfield University.
Tristan McKay Wheatley, 23, of Wellsboro was sentenced to six months probation and $466.20 restitution for disorderly conduct Aug. 5, 2018 in Wellsboro; to 48 hours to six months in Tioga County Prison, $500 fine, 12 months license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock for DUI, high rate of BAC Aug. 12, 2018; and to five years restrictive probation, 90 days electronic monitoring/house arrest, $1,500 fine, 18 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and DNA testing for DUI, second offense Aug. 31, 2019 in Wellsboro.
