The following people either have appeared or will appear before District Judge Rob Repard to face various charges.

Domestic

Chase T. Onks, 24, and Courtney T. Stotsenburgh, 22, both of 31 Court Lane, Liberty, face charges of simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident at the residence when the two argued over a set of car keys on June 6.

The argument turned physical when Stotsenburgh attempted to hit Onks and missed, hitting him above his left eye, leaving a mark, police said.

Drug charges

Alexander J. Kozuhowski, 18, of 1817 Hills Creek Lake Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and underage drinking, following an incident at the Nittany Minit Mart, Tioga Street, July 19. According to court documents, a witness turned him in for dealing marijuana and LSD. He also had a one hitter and a vape juice cartridge containing marijuana oil in his possession, police said. He was released on bail and his preliminary hearing set for Aug. 21.

John R. Anthony III, 18, of Marysville, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop by state police on Route 414, Liberty Township, July 8.

Police said he had a tray with marijuana residue in it and a glass pipe, a metal smoking device, a bong and an ibuprofen bottle containing marijuana residue. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.

DUIs

Robert E. Brion, 54, of Athens, faces charges of boating under the influence of intoxicants following an incident at Hammond Lake, Middlebury Township Friday, July 6.

An officer of the state Fish and Boat Commission was performing a routine patrol of the lake during the Independence Day fireworks when he noticed the motor boat operated by Brion coming towards him with no navigation lights on. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.

Skye M. Ingerick, 18, of 2 Willard Terrace, Wellsboro, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop by borough police on East Avenue July 13. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.

Zachary R. Zimmers, 27, of 48 Route 549, Lot 17, Mansfield, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop on East Avenue June 29. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.

Patricia M. Shuman, 37, of 2453 Hills Creek Lake Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants following a traffic stop by borough police on Charleston Street July 19. She was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.

Margo D. Haddow, 19, of 11575 Route 6, Wellsboro, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop by borough police on Tioga Street July 28. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.

Cameron W. Bollock, 21, of 578 Callahan Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop on Old Tioga Street by borough police July 6. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.

Joshua T. Spicer, 41, of 2969 Hills Creek Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop by state police in Middlebury Township May 26, He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.

Assault

Nathan M. Nixon, 23, of 99 Back St., Morris, faces charges of simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment.

According to police, on July 20 at 3A Austin St., Wellsboro, he walked to his ex-girlfriend’s house and found another male sitting on the porch with her and allegedly began beating on the 24-year-old male, causing injury to his ear.

He also allegedly slashed all four tires on the victim’s car, for a total of $344 in damage.

Nixon was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 28 preliminary hearing.
