The following individuals are scheduled to appear or have appeared before District Judge James Edgcomb.

John M. Potter, 27, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, violation of stopping, standing or parking upon roadway when practical to park off roadway. Preliminary alcohol tests read .170%.

Travis Dunham, 45, of Wellsboro was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of high rate of alcohol, failure to keep on right side of roadway, disregard to traffic lane and careless driving. Police allegedly observed Dunham crossing the fog line twice while traveling on State Route 287 in Tioga Township on Sept. 1. Preliminary alcohol tests read .153%.

Tyler Lee Harris, 23, of Genesee was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with harassment, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Harris allegedly damaged two vehicles in Clymer Township Sept. 30.

Jonathan Abbott, 44, of Westfield was charged by Westfield Borough Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol and possession of marijuana. Police allegedly found Abbott unconscious in the vehicle with the key in the ignition. Preliminary alcohol tests read .163%.

Brandon Ron Powell, 23, of Morris was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with reckless driving, aggravated assault, harassment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, driving without a license, following too closely, violation of driving at a safe speed careless driving, being involved in an accident involving damage to attend vehicle or property, failure to stop and give or render aid and failure to notify police of accident involving damage to vehicle. The incident occurred Oct. 18 in Lawrence Township.
