The following individuals are scheduled to appear or have appeared before District Judge James Edgcomb on the following charges.
Tiffany Jean Borden, 34, of Lawrenceville was charged by Tioga Borough Police with four counts each of theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief. Borden allegedly removed a refrigerator, two air conditioners, and a portable fire place after being evicted and damaged a garage door, dry wall, exterior light and a kitchen stove.
Scott Gregory Cardamone, 45, of Horseheads, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with disorderly conduct and obstruction of administration of law officer. Cardamone allegedly interfered with officers attempting to detain Scott Gregory Cardamone II during an incident at the Cowanesque Lake.
Michelle L. Cardamone, 44, of Horseheads, N.Y. was charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission disorderly conduct, obstruction of administration of law officer and interference with officer performing duties. Michelle Cardamone allegedly failed to leave the area of the incident when told to leave, attempted to pull at the officer and interfere with the person being detained.
Scott Gregory Cardamone II, 18, of Horseheads, N.Y. was charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with resisting inspection, resisting arrest, interference with an officer, failure to take the jet ski to shore as instructed, fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to have a boating safety certificate, traveling at speeds greater than slow no wake speed, failure to have a personal flotation device, failure to have a cut off lanyard, traveled at speeds greater than slow no wake 100 feet from a drifting boat, and displayed registration numbers other than shown on registration.
Colon Palmer, age unavailable, of Beaver Dams, N.Y. was charged by Lawrence Township Police with theft by deception. Palmer allegedly issued a check for $84.95 to Hall’s Home and Lumber, which was returned for insufficient funds.
Jeremy Mikhail Wojnarek, 31, of Tioga was charged by Lawrence Township Police with theft by unlawful taking. Wojnarek allegedly took packages left for the victim that were valued at $554.20 on June 16.
