The followed individuals faced court action in front of Judge James Edgcomb.
Pawel Jerry Smistek, 21, of Niagara Falls, N.Y. and Jeffrey Scott Spinale, 23, of Camby, Ind. were charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. During a welfare check on a vehicle in Lawrenceville Borough May 24, police allegedly found the two men in possession of a glass smoking devices, grinder and marijuana.
Ernest E. Clark III, 54, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering others and harassment. Clark allegedly threatened a female victim Nov. 13 and discharged a firearm during the incident in Westfield Township. Clark was taken to the Tioga County Prison with bail set at $20,000.
Shawnee Marie Hunter, 29, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of high rate of alcohol .10-.16, violation of purchase, consumption, possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to have operating head lights. The police stopped Hunter for having in operable head light while in Tioga Borough. Alcohol tests read .11%.
Jesse M. Wilson, 32, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania State Police after a reported overdose in Tioga. Police said Wilson had syringes, spoon, blue glascine packets, cotton balls, black string and black sock with other items in his possession.
Terrell Jerome Johnson, 35, of Elkland was charged by Elkland Borough Police with simple assault and harassment. During a domestic dispute, Johnson allegedly pushed the female victim knocking a shelf off the wall. During the Oct. 31 incident Johnson was cut by the knife. Johnson was jailed on $10,000 bail.
Charles Mark Parker, 61, of Elmira, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol highest rate, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, failed to carry registration, driving while operator privilege suspended or revoked and violation of prohibition within 30 feet of disability sign. The incident occurred in the southbound lane of State Route 15 April 1. Preliminary alcohol tests read .201%.
