The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.

Tiffany Jean Borden, 34, of Tioga was charged by Tioga borough police with operating with out a valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and possessing an altered certificate of inspection. The incident occurred in Tioga Township on State Route 287 Nov. 26.

Taylor Michael Cuneo, 25, of Tioga was charged by Tioga borough police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, and operating a vehicle while the vehicle registration was suspended. Cuneo was found in possession of a pipe and a grinder Nov. 23 in Tioga.

Julie Ann Glover, 59, of Tioga was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol at high rate, disregard to traffic lane, careless driving and no rear lights. Glover was stopped when police noticed no registration plate light. Police said Glover’s vehicle crossed the fog line four times while traveling south of the Tremaine Road on State Route 287. Alcohol tests read .122%.

Travis Lee Mosher, 27, of Tioga was charged by Tioga Borough Police with driving vehicle while privilege was suspended, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, and possessing and use of an altered inspection sticker. Police charged Mosher after answering a call to a disabled vehicle.
