The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.

Annie Marie Baines, 30, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a licenses, following too closely and violation of turning movement and required signals. On Nov. 15, police observed Baines following a vehicle too closely and made a turn without signaling. After police stopped Baines it was discovered that Baines did not have a valid driver’s license and was in possession of a grinder.

Allen Keith Monroe Jr., 39, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered and risk of catastrophe in connection with two counts of manufacture, delivery and possession of methamphetamine. Unsecured bail was set at $50,000.
