The following individuals have appeared or are scheduled to appear in front of District Judge James Edgcomb to face charges.

Joshua D. Carr, 21, of Elkland was charged by Lawrence Township police with unsworn falsification and hindering the apprehension/prosecution of authority. Carr allegedly provided a false written statement about knowing the whereabouts of a person wanted by police.

Sabrina N. Carr, 18, of Elkland was charged by Lawrence Township police with unsworn falsification and hindering the apprehension/prosecution of authority. She allegedly provided a false written statement about knowing the whereabouts of a person wanted by police.

Chase M. Gee, 28, of Tioga was charged by Pennsylvania state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard for traffic lanes, careless driving, and reckless driving. Police charged Gee after they observed Gee’s vehicle crossing into the opposite lane of travel four times in seven tenths of a mile while traveling on Mann Hill Road. Preliminary blood alcohol tests read .163 percent.

John M. Potter, 27, of Troupsburg, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania state police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence, disregard for traffic lanes and careless driving.

Police stopped Potter Aug. 4 after police observed him crossing the white fog line five times in 50 seconds and the double yellow one time.

Preliminary blood alcihol tests read .208%.
