The following individuals have appeared or are scheduled to appear before Judge James Edgcomb.
Brian William Farnsworth, 37, of Osceola was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of control substance by a person not registered and manufacture, delivery, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. Farnsworth allegedly had 123 grams of marijuana in his possession Oct. 24.
Barry Lynn Mead Jr., 38, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with intentional possession of controlled substance by a person not register, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, three counts of endangering the welfare of others, driving unregistered vehicle, driving while operator’s privilege is suspended, and violation of restraint systems. The charges were filed by police after they were called to a male and female in a vehicle along the California Road in Westfield Township. Mead tested positive for controlled substances in a blood sample.
Tyler Mark Morgan, 27, of Wellsboro was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with forgery and theft by deception. Morgan allegedly signed the victim’s name on five checks totaling $1,854. He was remanded to Tioga County Jail on bail of $25,000.
Zachary Edward Shaw, 21, of Grapevine, Texas was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol generally impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence high rate of alcohol, careless driving and violation of oepration with no rear lights. Police stopped Shaw as the brake light was out on his vehicle as he drove in Lawrence Township. Preliminary alcohol tests read .090%.
Crystal Stone, 33, of Covington was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while privilege is suspended or revoked, and operation with no head light. Stone allegedly traveled on State Route 49 with no headlights and was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol.
