The following individuals have appeared or are scheduled to appear before District Judge James Edgcomb.
Christopher Gee, 48, of Mansfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with simple assault and harassment. Gee allegedly picked up the victim in the car he was operating and struck her.
Kaleb Heidrick, 30, of Addison, N.Y. was charged by Tioga borough police with false identification and driving without a licenses. Heidrick allegedly gave another name when stopped by police April 28 on Route 287.
Charles J. Loucks, 36, of Knoxville was charged by Westfield borough police with criminal mischief. Loucks allegedly damaged property owned by others when he spun his vehicle tires on June 21, spraying rocks against the victims’ vehicles. Damage was estimated to be $1,312.84 for one vehicle and $2,276.84 for the other.
Colby Lee Pierce, 34, of Westfield was charged by Westfield borough police with driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked. Police observed Pierce driving a motor vehicle while possessing a conditional license that requires the vehicle be equipped with an ignition interlock device.
Dustin Ernest Robinson, 26, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with strangulation applying pressure to throat or neck, simple assault, and harassment. Robinson allegedly used a strangle hold on the male victim on June 30.
