Adam Johnson, 25, of Mansfield, 9 months probation, 30 days driver’s license suspension for driving under the influence, Sept. 4.

Michael Stevenson, 55, of Covington, 48 hours to six months in Tioga County Prison, electronic monitoring authorized, $300 fine, driver’s license suspension, eligible for work release, for DUI, first offense, May 4, 2018, to run consecutively with 30 days to six months incarceration in Tioga County Prison, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock for DUI, second offense within 10 months, March 28.

Jennifer L. Demchak, 45, of Troy, five days to six months in Tioga County Prison, electronic monitoring authorized, $500 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock for DUI, March 25, 2018.

Jenna N. Galloza, 30, of Wellsboro, 36 months probation, $50 fine, DNA testing, interstate compact, restitution to be paid for burglary and receiving stolen property, Dec. 24, 2017.

Lisa Kinney, 20, of ?, 12 months probation, restitution to Wal-Mart, community service authorized for theft, Dec. 18, 2018.

Aaron D. Henderson, 25, of Freedom, 90 days to five years in Tioga County Prison, 18 months driver’s license suspension, ignition interlock, $1,500 fine for DUI, third offense, April 22, 2018.

Austin W. King, 20, of Wellsboro, intermediate punishment for five years with 90 days incarceration with work release in Tioga County Prison, defendant eligible for inpatient at Maple Manor and remaining until successfully discharged, followed by 90 days electronic monitoring then regular probation for the balance, $50 fine, restitution to be repaid to three victims, DNA testing for burglary.

Ishea B. Willis, 20, of Philadelphia, nine months probation and $25 fine for simple assault, March 25.

Sharima Tojuana Rowland-Williams, 21, of Philadelphia, nine months probation, $25 fine, sentence to run concurrently with other sentences, for simple assault, March 25.

Judith M. Lacouture, 56, of Plains, $500 fine for use or possession of drug paraphernalia, Jan 20.

Xavier H. Harris, 19, of Washington, D.C., 12 months probation, $500 fine for possession of marijuana, Feb. 25, and 12 months probation, $2,500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, sentences to run concurrently.

Thomas E. Doytek, 40, of Elkland, 8-24 months less one day in Tioga County Prison with credit for 216 days served, $1,661 restitution, DNA testing, defendant to submit parole application to the court for burglary, April 14.

David P. Marble, 34, of Tioga, 30 days to 24 months less one day in Tioga County Prison with credit for 45 days served, authorized parole to White Deer Treatment for simple assault, Aug. 25.
