The following people were sentenced in the Tioga County Court of Common Pleas Nov. 25.
Leo William Pierce, 32, of Wellsboro was sentenced to 18 months probation and a $100 fine for resisting arrest, Aug. 15, 2018 in Westfield borough.
Lorenna Lynn Pierce, 29, of Wellsboro was sentenced to 12 months probation for criminal mischief, June 26 in Elkland borough.
Eric L. Titus, 39, of Lindley, N.Y., was sentenced to nine months probation for driving under the influence, May 17 at Lawrenceville borough.
Brian David Tice, 53, of Wellsboro was sentenced to 18-60 months in a state correctional institute with 360 days credit for time served, a $1,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock for driving under the influence fourth offense and, consecutive to that, 12-60 months in state correctional institute, restitution of $8,969.18 for accident involving death, Nov. 18, 2018.
Dustin Michael Lockwood, 28, of Williamsport had his probation revoked and was immediately resentenced to 30 days to 12 months incarceration at Tioga County Prison, given credit for time served and immediately paroled upon submission of a parole application, and $820 restitution to the victim for criminal mischief, Jan. 6.
David T. Koch, 32, of Mansfield pleaded guilty to DUI and false identification to a police officer was sentenced to 72 hours to six months incarceration at Tioga County Prison, a $1,000 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock for the DUI and a concurrent sentence of 3-12 months incarceration with credit for 39 days time served. The incident took place Oct. 17 on the Mansfield University campus.
Kathy Jo Allen, 21, of Mansfield was sentenced to 15 days to 9 months incarceration at Tioga County Prison, given credit for 21 days time served and ordered to pay $1,013.48 restitution for theft, Nov. 15, 2018 in Elkland borough.
Harold Raymond Welch, 47, of Middlebury Center was sentenced to 90 days to 5 years less 1 day incarceration in Tioga County Prison with the final 60 days on electronic monitoring, 18 months driver’s license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and a $1,500 fine for DUI, second offense, March 31.
