The following individuals faced court action in the Tioga County Court of Common Please on Dec. 16.

Raymond Alan Gigee, 40, of Westfield was sentenced to 18-60 months at a state correctional institute, $1,500 fine, 18 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and is eligible for the Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive for driving under the influence, second offense, Oct. 17, 2014 in Wellsboro.

Scott Gregory Cardamone, 46, of Horseheads, N.Y., was sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition with nine months supervision for obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer performing his duties July 13.

Scott Gregory Cardamone II, 19, of Horseheads, N.Y., was sentenced to ARD with nine months supervision for resisting apprehension, resisting arrest, interfering with an officer performing his duties, fleeing from an officer, violating rules to protect health and safety, regulations on artificial/natural water (two counts), regulations on required equipment (two counts, general voting regulations, failure to have registration available of inspection and displaying registration numbers July 13.

Brandy Lynn Haring, 39, of Milan was sentenced to 12 months supervision, $230.12 restitution and $25 fine for theft and receiving stolen property April 23 at Wellsboro.

Mary Anne Thomas, 75, of Arnot was sentenced to ARD with nine months supervision for terroristic threats and harassment June 12.

Shawn Michael Carey, 41, of Blossburg was sentenced to ARD with 12 months supervision and $2,050 restitution for passing bad checks Oct. 23, 2018 and Nov. 23, 2018 in Blossburg.

Murl Lee Scouten, 46, of Elkland was fined $200 after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana March 18.

Sarah Wisniewski, 33, of Wellsboro was sentenced to ARD with 12 months supervision and 60 days license suspension for DUI and summary traffic violations Sept. 17.

James Wilkes, 59, of Wellsboro was sentenced to 30 days-6 months in Tioga County Prison, electronic monitoring program, is eligible for parole, a $1,000 fine, 12 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and is eligible for work release for DUI, first offense, Nov. 19 in Wellsboro.

William George Dehaas, 39, of Jersey Shore was sentenced to one day to 15 months in Tioga County Prison with credit for one day time served, $178 restitution and ordered to have no contact with the victim for simple assault on Nov. 4, 2018. He was also sentenced to 12 months probation and $304.90 restitution, sentence to run concurrent to the first.
