Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition
Teres Malcolm Boswell, 21, of Philadelphia, nine months supervision for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Oct. 27 in Wellsboro.
Harmony Benner, 18, of Wellsboro, nine months supervision and public service for possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 27 in Wellsboro.
Corey Wheeler, 47, of Lindley, N.Y., 30 days license suspension, nine months supervision for driving under the influence on March 30.
Luke West, 35, of Osceola, 30 days license suspension, nine months supervision for DUI July 21.
Jeremiah Gee, 42, of Tioga, 30 days license suspension, nine months supervision for DUI July 20.
Anthony James Rinebold, 31, of Mansfield, pleaded guilty to failure to notify change of address and was fined $25. The incident was Nov. 1, 2018.
Courtney Jo Marbaker, 30, of Tioga, was sentenced to 6-24 months and 21-60 months in a state correctional institute, sentences to run concurrently, for impersonating a public servant on June 18 in Tioga Borough and possession of controlled substance on Nov. 18, 2016 in Wellsboro. She received credit for 526 days served.
Justin Tyler Webster, 24, of Blossburg was sentenced to 18-60 months in a state correctional institute with credit for 465 days time served, $11,030.83 restitution for aggravated assault on Aug. 21, 2017, and granted parole on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia April 11, 2018 in Lawrence Township.
Timothy Gardner, 50, of Elkland was sentenced to 24-84 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 447 days served on a charge of corruption of minors on Dec. 1, 2015.
John Gleason, 31, of Mansfield was sentenced to five years intermediate punishment with 45 days work release during phase one, electronic monitoring for six months during phase two and regular probation for the balance; $1,500 restitution, suspended driver’s license for 18 months, ignition interlock for one year on a charge of DUI, third offense, on Feb. 14, 2015 in Mansfield, and also sentenced to 12 months probation, to run concurrent with the previous sentence, for possession of drug paraphernalia on July 22 in Wellsboro.
Julieann Rita Coogan, 48, of Westfield was fined $50 after pleading guilty to harassment on April 4.
John Jay Briggs, 55, of Wellsboro, was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with 30 days at Tioga County Prison with work release for phase one, electronic monitoring for 90 days for phase two and regular probation for the remainder; 18 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock and $1,500 fine for DUI, second offense, on Oct. 20, 2018.
Tyler Lapoint, 24, of Tioga was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with 12 months at Tioga County Prison for phase one, 90 days electronic monitoring for phase two and regular probation for the balance; 18 months license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock, $2,500 fine and $2,183.90 restitution for DUI, third offense, on May 26.
Joel Austin McNett, 32, of Mansfield was sentenced to 15 months probation for possession of a controlled substance July 1 in Wellsboro.
Ryan Dean Flynn, 35, of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 6 months intermediate punishment with 45 days electronic monitoring followed by regular probation for the balance, a $300 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition intelock for DUI, second offense, on July 20, 2018.
