Tioga Youth Pro-Am Golf Tournament committee members, Blake Maxson and Pete Herres present $1,000 raised by the charity golf tournament to Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputy Zack Kisner and Stephanie Boyce in support of the upcoming local National Night Out event that took place on Aug. 7 at Packer Park in Wellsboro.

The 28th annual Tioga Youth Pro-Am Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, Sept. 17, at the Tyoga Country Club in Wellsboro.

Since the tournament’s inception in 1991, it has contributed more than $400,000 to dozens of local youth programs and health career scholarships, including Tioga County Special Olympics and Sportsmen for Youth Field Day, and most recently the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for the National Night Out event. Consider joining us for a fun-filled day of charity golf. If you are interested in playing, donating a prize for a raffle, or volunteering on the Tioga Youth Pro-Am Committee, please contact the Tyoga Country Club at 570-724-1653 or contact the fiscal sponsor, the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health, at 570-723-0520.
