Williamson High School held its graduation ceremony on June 7 in the high school auditorium. The high school band introduced the graduates, along with class president Emylee Yusko.
The senior address was given by Salutatorian Ella Durst and Valedictorian Phoebe Brant. Williamson High School principal Kristopher Kaufman announced the scholarships awarded to the students, which equaled out to more than $400,000.
Brett Smalley, Williamson class of 1997, was the commencement speaker. Smalley emphasized to the group that choices are everything in life and lead you in the direction of your future. He encouraged the students to “be who they are and mean it.”
Class officers include Emylee Yusko, president, Carlie Reese, vice president and Leanna Flynn, treasurer.
