Real results start with putting your best foot forward
IHAP®’s goal is to assess the progress of the whole person health journey for each participant. The program accomplishes this by establishing realistic goals and looking at the impact on and improvements to the participant. IHAP also seeks to measure and quantify these improvements, and continually look at the sustainability the changes the participant is making. This process documents the in-depth communication among the IHAP® team, the participants and their health care providers ... this testimonial was provided by a current IHAP participant.
When we founded Benefit Performance Associates in the late 1990s, the concept was to help businesses develop effective employee benefit programs that would help manage the ever-increasing cost of health care, as well as develop strategies to help promote a healthy workplace. We envisioned integrating a whole-person approach to health with financial stability, with that effort coordinated in the best interest of the plan members to optimize their personal and organizational productivity.
Oh, it feels good to get promoted. We all enjoy the obvious benefits that come with a promotion such as a pay raise and a new job title. But I think it’s the recognition that feels the best. Our culture is all about winning; that’s why we enjoy TV shows like "American Idol" and "The Biggest Loser." On weekends we watch sports and nothing is bigger than the Super Bowl. Let’s face it, we’re obsessed with winning.
