Galeton’s Fall Festival is Saturday, Sept. 29, and the Galeton Library will be selling mums again. They will be $8 each or two for $15 (the increase in price is due to the increased delivery cost which is due to increased gas prices!!).

We will also have pumpkins for sale. They will be $1 for smalls; $2 for mediums; $3 for larges; and $4 for heirlooms. Gourds will be five for $1.

We will have our candy corn guessing game again; guesses will be four for $1 (small bags of candy corn will be available for 50 cents each) and we will have prizes for the winner (plus, the winner gets to take home all of the candy corn!).

We will have our book sale set up, also. Books will be sold by donation so you get to decide how much you want to pay. We will also be selling baked goods and hot cider or coffee (drinks will be $1.50 for a cup). We do not know yet whether we will be selling apples and cider this year. Due to the increased prices for both, we may not be able to sell these (sorry!). We hope to see you there!
