New signs will welcome folks to Knoxville. The signs will be placed on Route 49 at the east and west ends of Knoxville.

Knoxville Borough Council President Carl Cox reported at the regular meeting on September 17 that he instructed the borough secretary to send a letter to a resident on North 1st Street that a noisy rooster has to go. In order for a person to have farm animals in town they must own five acres.
