Bradlee White, 22, was charged with possessing a weapon on school property, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct after a Nov. 7 incident in Mansfield.
Officers from Mansfield University, the Pennsylvania State Police and Mansfield Borough responded to a report that White was near the elementary school with a shotgun, and threatening suicide. After a search, White reportedly spoke with his girlfriend and turned himself in at the intersection of Main and Wellsboro Streets.
District Justice James Carlson arraigned White for the above charges, misdemeanors and/or felonies, and placed him in Tioga County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Mansfield Ambulance was also at the scene, according to the Mansfield Borough Police report.
