They called each other friendly nicknames like Bob, Mike and Woody. They liked to hunt in Tioga County. They would meet often to negotiate prices for “tires” or “parts.” They were allegedly a distribution network which made millions selling crystal methamphetamine to people in Berks, Bucks, Montgomery and Tioga counties.
