Galeton’s 14th annual fall festival is planned from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at John J. Collins Park in Centertown.

The day, sponsored by the Galeton Area Chamber of Commerce, is a free family-oriented event.

Handmade items will be for sale, as will homemade treats and food. Cotton candy and funnel cakes are just two examples of what sweet treats can be expected.

There will be live music and hay and pony rides throughout the day. A scavenger hunt for all ages will be set up and kids will have their own games.

Right near the park, the Galeton Library will have its mum flower and book sale.
