Criminal trespass

Donald Roy Snyder, 61, of Coudersport, has been arrested and charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly entered and remained at a residence on Pioneer Drive, Homer Township, near Couderpsort, after the victim had expressly told him not to Aug. 4.


The driver of a 2010 Subaru Outback was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants following a traffic stop for an inoperable tail light in the borough Aug. 18. Police said the driver was arrested and transported to UPMC Cole for a blood test and charges are pending the results of that test.


Travis J. Gribble, 30, of Austin, suffered a suspected serious injury in a one-vehicle crash on state Route 607, Austin, Aug. 17, when he lost control of the 2008 Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck he was driving and went off the road, rolling over into a ditch and hitting several trees. Gribble was not wearing a seat belt and suffered a serious spinal injury in the crash, police said. He was transported to Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, by Coudersport ambulance.

Albert E. Glover, 58, of Austin, suffered a suspected minor injury in a one-vehicle crash on Costello Road, Portage Township, when the 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 he was driving on Aug. 12 drove into a ditch trying to avoid being hit by a red sedan passing him. The truck rolled over on its passenger side and sustained disabling damage. Glover was wearing a seat belt and was treated at the scene. He refused transport by Austin ambulance, police said.


Two people were charged with harassment following a domestic violence incident at Rush Creek Lane, Ulysses borough Aug. 11. The 50-year-old female and 61-year-old male also were charged with possession of small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
