The Potter County District Attorney’s Office announced that on Sept. 17, state police seized six large marijuana bushes from the Ulysses area.
The arrest was in conjunction with the district attorney, Andy J. Watson acting on information from a concerned citizen.
Troopers Kyle Wagner and Joel Miles led the investigation which resulted in the arrest of Brentley Willow, who was growing the plants in an outdoor secluded area.
Members of the state police removed the marijuana from the main stems of the plants, and the approximate undried weight of the marijuana was 40 pounds.
Willow has been charged with manufacturing a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both ungraded felonies.
