McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that, on May 20, following an investigation into the illegal delivery of crack cocaine within Bradford city, detectives with the McKean County Drug Task Force arrested Alex Ita of Langmaid Lane, Bradford.
The detectives charged the defendant with delivering 7.4 grams and 4.7 grams of crack cocaine, respectively, on two separate dates between May 8 and May 20 within the city.
The Detectives charged the defendant with two counts of possession with intent to deliver/delivery of crack cocaine, a scheduled II controlled substance, felony; two counts of possession of crack cocaine, misdemeanor; and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, felony 3.
‘The McKean County Drug Task Force was assisted in the investigation by officers from Bradford City Police and Bradford Township Police. The defendant was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone who set bail at $50,000.
