Richard Wilson, 49, of Smethport, faces several charges after police were dispatched to a disturbance on North Main Street, Port Allegany May 2.
Police said Wilson made terroristic threats toward a 55-year-old male of Port Allegany. Wilson then became aggressive, resisted arrest and tried to jump off the second floor balcony. He also had a butterfly knife and homemade marijuana smoking device on his person.
He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited offensive weapons, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before District Judge Richard W. Luther and jailed in the McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
