Following a two-day jury trial at the McKean County Courthouse on Aug. 26 and Aug. 27, Christopher Ryan Yohe, of Bradford, was convicted of felony counts of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, criminal trespass, burglary and misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and unlawful restraint.
No verdict was reached on a second count of burglary. The charges stemmed from an investigation into the defendant’s actions against the victim at a residence on Foster Township.
The case was investigated by Patrolman Shaun McDonald and Patrolman Michael Spencer of the Foster Township Police Department. District attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer prosecuted the case on behalf of the commonwealth.
