Nathan Scott Chilson, 34, of Blossburg was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving after a traffic stop on Tannery Street in Blossburg, Aug. 3. Chilson was operating a Lincoln Aviator at the time of the stop. Following the traffic stop, Chilson was tested using a breath test that indicated a blood alcohol content of .187%. Chilson waived a preliminary hearing on Oct. 30. An unsecured bail is set at $2,500 with formal arraignment scheduled for Nov. 25.
Patrick Raymond Sweeney, 20, of Mainsburg was charged with forgery and theft following a report of business checks cashed without permission on June 24. The victim reported five checks had been cashed without his permission. Sweeney was arrested and arraigned on Nov. 7. Preliminary hearing is Nov. 27.
Sierra Spirit Bowers, 19, of Mansfield was charged with possession of an illegal drug, driving with an open alcoholic beverage, transporting alcohol under the age of 21 and failure to meet vehicle equipment and inspection regulations following a traffic stop on Sept. 14. Bowers waived a preliminary hearing on Oct. 23. An unsecured bail is set at $1,500 with a formal arraignment scheduled for Nov. 18.
