The following individuals faced court action in the Elkland District Court with James Edgecomb presiding.
Jayson Caine, 36, of Knoxville was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with violations of person not to possess/use/manufacture, control, sell, transfer, firearms, and terroristic threats, simple assault, and reckless endangerment. Caine allegedly pointed a firearm at the male victim during a fight in Knoxville May 8. Caine is not legal to possess a firearm.
Chance Lee Gilbert, 23, of Corning, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance.Charges were filed after police were called to do a welfare check.
Stephen Darwin McFall, 35, of Wellsboro was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with unsworn falsification to authorities. McFall allegedly provided false information while attempting to purchase a firearm. McFall is not legal to own a firearm.
Jasmine J. Randall, age not available, of Corning, N.Y. was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found Randall in a vehicle in a parking lot in Lawrenceville Borough March 1.
