The following people either have appeared or will appear before District Judge James Carlson to face various charges.
Jesse M. Wilson, 32, of 25 Fawn Lane, Tioga, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop July 27. The Dodge Durango was traveling north on North Williamson Road, Putnam Township, when Blossburg police stopped the car for driving at night without headlamps, only fog lights on. Found in the possession of Wilson, the front seat passenger, were 10 packets of heroin and three syringes, a metal spoon, a tie-off rope, a tubular pipe and nine empty heroin packets. Wilson initially gave police a false name of “David Stewart” and said he was going to visit his friend at Triple D Trailer Court. Wilson also had a warrant for possession of a controlled substance from state police, Mansfield. He was issued a summons to appear at an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
Colleen M. Kibbe, 31, of 5362 Route 49, Apt. 1, Knoxville, was stopped by Mansfield borough police on July 27, after she nearly caused a crash by slamming on her brakes at the on-ramp and stopped in the road, then turned onto the on-ramp without signaling. She was traveling north on Route 15, in the borough in a 1995 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. She allegedly had open containers of a brewed beverage in the truck, and her blood alcohol content using a breath test, registered at .121 %. She must appear at an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
Daniel D. Goldstrohm, 39, of Kittanning, was observed in a highly intoxicated state at the Sheetz gas station and store on June 28, by an off-duty state police officer. The officer contacted Mansfield borough police, who arrested him and charged him after his blood alcohol content showed .167 %. He had been driving on West Wellsboro Street in a 2005 General Motors Sierra pick-up truck. He must appear at an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
Richard A. Page, 41, of Beech Creek, traveling on High Street in a pick-up truck in Hamilton Township Aug. 4, was stopped by Blossburg police for driving carelessly. Page’s blood alcohol content was .219 % and he was issued a summons to appear at an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
Thomas R. Martell, 41, of Clarence, Pa., traveling on North Williamson Road, Covington Township July 19 in a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, was stopped by state police for careless driving. His blood alcohol content .169 %, and he was issued a summons to appear at a Sept. 25 preliminary hearing.
David M. Rodabaugh, 60, of 195 Deer Path Lane, Tioga, traveling in a 2015 Ford F-150 pick-up truck on Pickle Hill Road, Richmond Township May 10, was stopped by state police for swerving several times. His blood alcohol content was .177 % in a breath test. He was released on $2,500 unsecured bail and waived his Aug. 28 preliminary hearing. His county court arraignment was set for Sept. 30.
Samantha M. Kolesnik, 31, of 23 Spruce St., Blossburg, was charged by Mansfield police after she was found in the driver’s seat of a 2005 Subaru sedan vomitting in the parking lot of Sheetz on West Wellsboro Street in the borough, Aug. 8. She allegeldy had a blood alcohol content of .162 %. She must appear at an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
