Brayden Lee Blanco, 18, of Dover, was charged with resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following police response to a call for help at the residence hall at Mansfield University Feb. 2. Blanco allegedly told police he had ingested LSD and mushrooms. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 12.

Francis Dustin Burr, 39, of Canton, was charged with four counts of DUI and careless driving following police response to a report of a male behaving erratically and slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at Lowe’s on Main Street in Richmond Township Dec. 19. Upon making contact with Burr, police administered ARIDE to Burr who reportedly showed signs of impairment. A PBT test indicated negative for the presence of alcohol. Burr was placed under arrest and transported to Soldiers and Sailors for a blood draw. The lab report was made available on Jan. 7 and related the presence of methamphetamine, amphetamine, THC and related metabolites. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 18.

Kyle Thomas Davy, 23, of Blossburg, was charged with corruption of minors following a Feb. 15, 2019 report of inappropriate emails between Davy and the minor through a school email address. The juvenile admitted to having intercourse with Davy at his residence on Oct. 31, 2018. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 26.

Bradley Ryan Bailey, 52, of Mansfield was charged with two counts of DUI, driving on the right side of the roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving following traffic stop on North Williamson Road in Covington Township, Jan. 13. Upon making contact with Bailey, police noticed the smell of alcohol and administered a field sobriety test to Bailey who exhibited signs of impairment. A PBT test was administered and indicated positive for the presence of alcohol. Bailey was placed under arrest and taken to PSP Mansfield. Two breath tests were administered and came back with positive results of .177% and .168%. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 18.
