Glen James Brough, 49, of Wellsboro was charged with retail theft following a reported theft at Walmart in Richmond Township Dec. 14, 2019. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 24.

Leah Dawn Wright, 37, of Wellsboro was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children, operating a vehicle without registration and certification following a traffic stop on South Main Street in Mansfield May 7. When police made contact with Wright the odor of marijuana was observed. A probable cause search was conducted. Upon searching the vehicle police located a loaded syringe with suspected meth, an empty syringe, multiple small baggies, a scale and a glass pipe with tubing. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 1.

Sharrie Marve Willis, 41, of Philadelphia was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, failure to abide by traffic control devices and exceeding maximum speed limits following a traffic stop on Route 15 in Bloss Township. When police made contact with Willis the odor of marijuana was observed. A search was conducted. Upon searching the vehicle a grinder and a small amount of suspected marijuana. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 15.

Jeremiah Jerome Pavel, 35, of Avon, N.Y. was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence following a reported stolen vehicle in Richmond Township on June 12. When police arrived at the scene Pavel was observed reportedly cutting wires from under the hood. Police then placed Pavel under arrest. When police made contact with Pavel he exhibited nervous behavior and his pupils were reportedly constricted. Police administered a preliminary breath test that came back positive for the presence of alcohol. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 24.
