Every Labor Day weekend is something to look forward to in the Dziuba family. This year they met with long-awaited hugs and hellos in Tunkhannock under a beautiful pavilion filled with fresh homegrown flowers and the scent of home-cooked Polish food.

Over 70 family members enjoyed a great meal together, teamed up for yard games, took a hayride through the fields and around the pond and even sang some karaoke.

They reminisced about the reunions from the past, caught up on what’s new, all the while creating memories to carry into next year.

Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes are available at Roseville United Methodist Church, so plan to pick up a box(s), fill with “goodies” and return to the church for dedication on Nov. 24.
