The North Penn-Liberty girls volleyball team has remained undefeated in each of their 10 games so far this season.

The Lady Mounties took on Williamsport Thursday and won in three sets, as has become the norm for the girls from North Penn-Liberty. Scores for the match were 25-5, 25-12, 25-7. It was a total team effort in the win with scores coming from 10 different athletes.

Charisma Grega led the scoring with with three aces, five kills, five receptions and one dig. Maddison Minyo controlled the net for the Lady Mounties with eight kills. Brooke Harvey led the team in serving with six aces. Harvey also had two kills and a dig. JoAnne MacNamara had two aces and nine assists. Mariah Pino scored three aces and two digs. Ali Koval brought home two aces and two digs. Mariah Kshir scored two aces and five assists. Savannah Doney had three aces in the win. Grace Tice had two kills. Patelin Nowak had one kill and to digs.

North Penn-Liberty continued winning with a three set victory over Northeast Bradford Monday night winning 25-11, 25-16, 25-16. Charisma Grega led the Lady Mounties with 10 kills and 10 digs. Brooke Harvey nearly matched Grega with nine kills of her own. Maddison Minyo had six kills, two blocks and two digs on the night. JoAnne MacNamara accounted for 16 assists four aces and two digs in the win.

The Lady Mounties continued their run to perfection Tuesday night against Troy with another three set victory with scores of 25-7, 25-7 and 25-14.

Brooke Harvey led the offense with 13 kills and five aces as well as 10 digs on defense.

Charisma Grega had three aces and five kills with a team high 17 digs in the win. Savannah Doney added three aces of her own and a team leading 10 receptions and 12 digs. Mariah Kshir had the second most assist with 11 on top of two aces, three kills and five digs. Maddison Minyo tied with Ellianna Fry for second most kills on the night with six, both gils also had a block in the win. JoAnne MacNamara led the team with 17 assists and a dig. And rounding out the scoring was Elizabeth Welch with two kills and and assist on the evening.

The win brings North Penn-Liberty’s overall record to 11-0 and 6-0 in the league.

The Lady Mounties take the court again Thursday at home against Athens.
